1. 修改文件‘/etc/docker/daemon.json’

2. 使配置的镜像生效
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl restart docker
3. 修改镜像名称，添加前缀
比如你要下载这个镜像cturra/ntp:latest
则要改为dockerhub.agnet.top/cturra/ntp:latest
